Recovery can feel incredibly lonely.

Even when you’re surrounded by people who care, there can still be this quiet sense that no one truly understands what life feels like now. The changes. The uncertainty. The effort it takes just to keep moving forward.

I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.

When I was navigating my own recovery, one of the things I needed most was connection—not more advice, not another list of things to do… just genuine connection with people who understood.

That’s why I’m creating something new.

A Free Online Community Call

I’m opening up a free monthly online community call for stroke survivors, caregivers, and anyone navigating the emotional side of recovery.

This won’t be a lecture.

It won’t be a webinar where you sit quietly and listen.

It will be a space to connect.

A place where you can:

Hear from others who are walking a similar path
Share what’s been hard (if you want to)
Celebrate small wins that others might not understand
Ask questions
Feel less alone
Learn from my own lived experience and counselling work

Sometimes healing happens simply by being in a room—online or otherwise—with people who get it.

Why I’m Offering This for Free

Because I know how important support is, especially in those moments where paid counselling might not be the right step yet.

Sometimes you just need somewhere to start.

Somewhere safe.

Somewhere real.

I want this community call to be that place.

Whether you’re newly recovering, years into your journey, or supporting someone you love—there’s a seat for you.

Be First to Know When We Launch

I’ll be opening the first community call soon.

If you’d like to be among the first invited, simply leave your email below and I’ll send you all the details as soon as registration opens.

Pop your email down here to receive first access.

This is just the beginning.

Recovery can feel chaotic, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I’d love for you to join me.
