Monthly Stroke Recovery Community Call
Coming Soon to Julian Reddish Counselling
Recovery after stroke can feel isolating at times… but you do not have to navigate it alone.
Soon, I’ll be launching a Monthly Stroke Recovery Community Call, a supportive online space where stroke survivors can come together through Google Meets to share experiences, learn from one another, and talk openly about the realities of recovery.
Each month, we’ll explore a different recovery topic such as:
- Managing overwhelm and mental fatigue
- Rebuilding confidence after stroke
- Navigating daily schedules and routines
- Motivation during long-term recovery
- Relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing
- Practical recovery strategies that actually help
These calls are designed to be:
- ✔ Supportive
- ✔ Relaxed and welcoming
- ✔ Real conversations with people who understand
- ✔ Focused on connection, growth, and recovery
Whether you are newly recovering or years into your journey, you are welcome here.
