1. What services do you provide?
I offer counselling and mentoring support for stroke survivors, caregivers, and their families. This includes one-on-one counselling, group sessions, workshops, and tailored recovery resources. My focus is on mental health, resilience, and navigating the challenges of life after stroke.
2. Who do you work with?
I primarily work with:
- Stroke survivors at any stage of recovery
- Family members and caregivers
- People adjusting to life changes after a health event
- Anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm related to caregiving or recovery
3. Do I need a referral to book a session?
No referral is required. You can book directly with me through my website by contacting me via the contact section in the Book a Session tab on my website.
4. How do sessions take place?
I offer flexible options to suit your needs:

- Online video sessions (secure and confidential)
- Phone sessions if online access is difficult
5. Are your services covered by NDIS?
Yes. If you are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS, my counselling services can be claimed as part of your plan. I’m happy to guide you through the process.
6. How long is a counselling session?
- Sessions typically run for 45 minutes, however if I feel the session needs to go longer, I allow room for that..
- Group sessions and workshops may be longer, depending on the format.
7. How much do sessions cost?
Please contact me for my current rates. I aim to keep my services affordable and accessible, and can discuss flexible options if needed.
8. Do you only work with stroke survivors?
While stroke recovery and caregiver support are my specialties, I also support people experiencing stress, grief, anxiety, or life changes unrelated to stroke.
9. How do I book a session?

10. What should I expect in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know you—your story, your challenges, and your goals. Together we’ll create a plan that feels supportive and realistic for your recovery or caregiving journey.
