Appointment cancellation policy

The following policy applies to all counselling session bookings:

Please contact me by email if you need to reschedule your appointment time.

Sessions cannot be cancelled for a refund, however you can reschedule your appointment up until 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

If you have a Monday or Tuesday appointment, please contact me prior to 4pm on Friday if you need to reschedule. 

Please note, a 100% fee applies for cancellations with less than 24-hours notice.
